Boze asielzoekers weten nog dit jaar meer over hun verblijfsvergunning, aldus het ministerie

 



ZUTPHEN - De boze asielzoekers, die dinsdag gedemonstreerd hebben bij het AZC in Zutphen, zullen snel meer weten over hun (mogelijke) verblijfsvergunning. De Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst (IND) meldt dat ze druk bezig zijn alle achterstanden weg te werken.

Ze bevestigen dat er nog wat achterstanden zijn en dat die mogelijk toebehoren bij de vluchtelingen die dinsdag van zich lieten horen. "Er is een speciale Task force opgericht om alles weg te werken. En dat zal dit jaar allemaal nog gebeuren", legt Steffart Buijs uit namens het Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid (waar het IND onder valt).
